The service
We prepare passport photos from images you upload, following commonly published Indian passport photo guidance. We don't submit applications or guarantee the outcome of any application.
Your responsibilities
- Upload only photos of yourself, or of people you're authorised to act for (such as your child)
- Give a working email address or mobile number
- Check your appointment checklist; it takes priority over general guidance
Payment
Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is a one-time charge per photo order; there are no subscriptions.
Acceptance guarantee
If your photo is rejected for a photo-related reason, we'll redo it free or refund you.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for appointment fees, travel costs or delays.
Note
These terms are a starting template. Have them reviewed before launch.
